Hey, I thought about creating my own house and to build the recruitment of a team, what I mean. I had some questions that I rent, and I'm not sure that any holder being. Can I register a credit if I good enough credit to build too? U.S. $ 100,000 would be enough to build a decent house? If I hang all the paintings and tapestries and stuff like that saves me money. I have my own plans, I do it to a contractor or what they need to develop their own? Thank you very much.

They have a lot of homework before building his own house. There are many expensive pitfalls. A Yahoo search for "You can have your own house" (including quotation marks) produces 80,000 results. When you do the same search, and are willing to spend time studying, there are many good sites with lots of valuable information.

Theres a lot more than you think to build a house. 100,000 Grand - at least where I live - you can buy a house off 1300 m² with a small batch. Your plans can be made enough to depend on when you go.
