No download software that is sufficiently limited so as to make screenshots or maybe your playback software can save an image to save break.
So, without knowing, drive, or you are using Windows or Mac, I hope that the first opinion on how to take screenshots with any system.
Play the movie as big as you can be a little better (fill the screen)
